HELP!!! MY SISTER IS DYING

PLEASE Believe It, It's True.

My name is Abiodun George and I'm completely desperate. My beloved 27-year-old sister Sarah George has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The doctor says her only hope is an incredibly expensive surgery known as an Islet Cell Auto-Transplantation combined with Total Pancreatectomy. Without it, she likely has less than 2 months to live.

I'll try to explain what little I understand about this brutally aggressive cancer and risky procedure. Pancreatic cancer starts in the pancreas, an organ that aids digestion and produces hormones like insulin. Once it spreads beyond the pancreas, as it has in Sarah's case, it becomes extremely difficult to treat. 

This auto-transplant surgery involves completely removing her pancreas and a portion of other organs to get all the cancer out. But since the pancreas produces insulin, they have to take her healthy islet cells from the removed pancreas and infuse them back into her liver where they can continue producing insulin. Otherwise she would develop diabetes.

It's an incredibly complicated, 10-hour long operation with months of recovery time afterward. But without it, my sister will absolutely die very soon from this relentless disease. She turned 27 last month - how can someone so young and vibrant be facing death already?

Here's the issue - this potential life-saving surgery costs a staggering $475,000. My parents, friends and families drained their entire life savings paying for the chemo and other treatments that have failed to stop the cancer so far. I've emptied out my bank accounts as well.

But we still need to raise $375,000 more just to be able to get this surgery that may give Sarah a chance. We're completely out of money and simply can't afford this on our own.

I'm begging anyone reading this to please, please help by donating whatever you can to my sister's surgery fund. Every dollar will give her more time with us. Please don't let my baby sister die before her life really even began. I'm scared and can't bear the thought of losing her.
