This eight-week online Pilates course is officially recognized and certified by the Central Testing Agency for Prevention (ZPP), meaning participants can receive up to 100% reimbursement of the course fee from their statutory health insurance provider. According to §20 of the German Social Code (SGB), every person with statutory health insurance is entitled to preventative care. This online course offers participants the significant advantage of practicing Pilates without time pressure and from anywhere. It doesn't matter what time it is or where you are. Unlike other courses subsidized by health insurance, this Pilates program is not tied to fixed class times. Anyone can participate in this online course, even without prior Pilates experience. This course
consists of eight high-quality 60-minute video modules, where we explain Pilates training in detail, both theoretically and practically. Pilates is not only a health-oriented workout for your back, but also a strength training program for your entire body. The focus is always on the "powerhouse"—our core strength—including the abdomen, back, and pelvic floor. However, Pilates is a functional, full-body workout that builds muscle, especially the deep muscles so crucial for good posture. Pilates not only gives you a toned body, but it also improves your flexibility! The spine plays a central role in Pilates training. The entire spine is mobilized, and muscles that shorten in everyday life are stretched through specific Pilates exercises. The highlight is the special Pilates breathing technique: lateral ribcage breathing! Joseph Pilates, the creator of Pilates, also called it the "Internal Shower." This breathing technique essentially cleanses from within, providing tremendous energy, strength, and renewed self-confidence! Pilates is something you have to experience! Joseph Pilates once said: "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference. In 20 sessions you'll see the difference. In 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body." The program can be used for 6 months, as often as you like.
